WHOLENESS.
EARTH.
EMBODIMENT.
JOY.
Building True Generational Wealth.
The kind that creates whole humans and healthy communities.
We're living through a crisis of disconnection, from our bodies, desires, pleasure, and one another. We've been taught rest is lazy, sensuality is shameful, joy must be earned.
But what if prosperity isn't about fixing yourself?
What if it's about remembering how to feel alive?
I create spaces where people return to their aliveness through embodied practices, sensory experience, and permission to simply be.
People taste rose petals. Move their bodies without apology. Light candles for their desires. Drop the performance and remember their wholeness.
Through individual sessions, transformational gatherings, and community work, we reclaim what was taken: pleasure, rest, intimacy, desire, and the freedom to be fully yourself.
True prosperity isn't achieved. It's remembered:
You belong. You're already enough. Wholeness is your birthright.
We're not just healing ourselves. We're building true generational wealth to pass down.
Meet Joy
Peace, my name is Joy.
I come from saltwater people. A lineage of farmers, crab pickers, seamstresses, caretakers, educators, ministers, and entrepreneurs. People who knew the rhythms of labor and rest, grief and celebration, tending the land and tending one another. People who understood resilience, community, and the sacred work of nurturing what must be healed and brought back to life.
Born and raised in the American South, I carry the wisdom of my parents, survivors of Jim Crow and the Vietnam War. I carry the blood memory of African and Indigenous ancestors, the complexity of European lineage, and the living imprint of generations who learned how to endure, adapt, and love in the face of rupture.
For over 15 years, I have worked in healing and transformation across community spaces, clinical settings, and private practice. My work is grounded in attachment theory, somatic practice, and earth-based wisdom. But more than any training, it has been my own healing, my own becoming, that has shaped how I hold others.
Motherhood cracked me open and re-rooted me. It revealed what intergenerational healing truly means: looking honestly at the patterns we inherit, the ones we repeat, and the ones we are brave enough to interrupt so our children can grow in safety, dignity, joy, and belonging. It taught me that wholeness is not a concept. It is a felt sense of being held inside yourself.
My work is also deeply shaped by healing from relational trauma and narcissistic abuse. That journey taught me that prosperity isn’t just material. It is relational, embodied, and spiritual. It is about cultivating secure, loving connections with yourself and others, learning what you deserve, honoring your worth, and choosing relationships that reflect your truth.
That journey revealed the subtle ways I had been conditioned to give my power away—to shrink, to over-accommodate, to silence my knowing, to trade my truth for connection. Reclaiming myself meant returning to my body, my voice, my pleasure, and my authority, and learning that safety and love do not require self-abandonment.
Whole with Joy was born the moment I realized I was never broken. I had been living inside broken systems, distorted attachments, and inherited survival strategies that taught me to shrink, perform, and abandon myself. Healing helped me remember who I am beneath fear, shame, and adaptation. It brought me back to my body, my desire, my voice, and my right to take up space with softness and power at the same time.
This work is for those who have known disconnection and are ready to come home. For people who have lived inside roles and expectations. For those healing from relationships that dimmed their light. For parents breaking cycles. For sensitive, brilliant, sensual, spiritual beings who are tired of proving and ready to belong to themselves.
Whole with Joy is grounded in four living pillars:
Wholeness – integration instead of fragmentation.
Embodiment – the body as a source of wisdom and truth.
Joy – aliveness, pleasure, and presence as birthright.
Earth Connection – remembering that you belong to life itself.
Through transformational gatherings, individual prosperity work, ritual, movement, and reflection, I create spaces where people reconnect to their bodies, their longings, their creativity, their intimacy, their rest, and their power.
This is the work: remembering who you are, reclaiming your aliveness, and building a life rooted not in survival, but in truth, pleasure, connection, and generational prosperity.
If you feel the call to return to yourself, I would be honored to walk with you.
Mission
Whole with Joy reimagines prosperity as wholeness, transforming inherited patterns of poverty into embodied abundance that serves ourselves, our communities, and the planet.
